Nissei ("we", "our inn") may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number when you use our contact form or make a reservation.
Our contact form uses Formspree (Formspree, Inc.). Submitted information is delivered to us via Formspree's servers.
For stays, we may collect and record information needed for the guest register and legal compliance, including name, address, occupation, age, phone number, gender, stay dates, number of guests, departure date, and expected departure time. For foreign guests who do not have an address in Japan, we may confirm and record nationality, passport number, and a copy of the passport.
2. Purpose of Use
We use collected personal information only for the following purposes:
- Guidance and communication regarding reservations and stays
- Responding to inquiries
- Preparing guest registers and responding to requirements under the Hotel Business Act and other laws
- Managing accommodation fees, cancellation fees, refunds, payments, and other transactions
- Safety management, identity confirmation, prevention of trouble, and emergency contact
- Sending notices when consent has been obtained and handling unsubscribe requests
- Statistical analysis to improve our services (in non-identifiable form)

To the extent necessary for reservations, inquiries, payments, access analysis, and site operations, information may be handled by the following external services or contractors.
- Reservation systems, online booking sites, OTAs, and other reservation management services
- Payment providers, financial institutions, and other parties required for payment or refunds
- Formspree, the provider of our contact form
