Welcome to Oshirabetsu, Hiroo, Hokkaido, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Nissei is a whole-building guesthouse with a private sauna.
Here is the essential information to review before your stay. Please enjoy the quiet rhythm of this fishing village at your own pace.

About the Facility
Nissei is a whole-building rental limited to one group per day. During your stay, the rooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom, and parking area are reserved for your group.
- Up to 6 guests can stay.
- Parking is available for 2 cars.
- Meals are not included, so please bring food freely.
Private Sauna
KOBU SAUNA is a small sauna inspired by Oshirabetsu's sea and kombu-drying culture. It is available with sauna plans or as an optional add-on.
- Please use the sauna only when you feel well.
- Stay hydrated and avoid sauna use after drinking alcohol.
- Please follow the on-site instructions for detailed operation.
Kitchen and Bath
A refrigerator, cookware, and tableware are available. You may cook and bring food into the property.
- Please wash dishes and tidy up after use.
- Please do not leave food behind.
- Please keep the shower and bathroom clean.
House Rules
- The entire building is non-smoking. Please smoke only in the designated outdoor area.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Only registered guests may stay or enter the property.
- Repair or replacement costs may be charged for damaged or lost items.
