Welcome to Oshirabetsu, Hiroo, Hokkaido, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Nissei is a whole-building guesthouse with a private sauna.

Here is the essential information to review before your stay. Please enjoy the quiet rhythm of this fishing village at your own pace.

For security and operations, details such as Wi-Fi, keys, equipment operation, and trash disposal locations are provided after booking confirmation or in the on-site welcome guide.

About the Facility

Nissei is a whole-building rental limited to one group per day. During your stay, the rooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom, and parking area are reserved for your group.

  • Up to 6 guests can stay.
  • Parking is available for 2 cars.
  • Meals are not included, so please bring food freely.

Private Sauna

KOBU SAUNA is a small sauna inspired by Oshirabetsu's sea and kombu-drying culture. It is available with sauna plans or as an optional add-on.

  • Please use the sauna only when you feel well.
  • Stay hydrated and avoid sauna use after drinking alcohol.
  • Please follow the on-site instructions for detailed operation.

Kitchen and Bath

A refrigerator, cookware, and tableware are available. You may cook and bring food into the property.

  • Please wash dishes and tidy up after use.
  • Please do not leave food behind.
  • Please keep the shower and bathroom clean.

House Rules

  • The entire building is non-smoking. Please smoke only in the designated outdoor area.
  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Only registered guests may stay or enter the property.
  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged for damaged or lost items.
